TERREXTerrex Real Estate Group Inc., is active in real estate development and development management. Its recently completed Rodeo Square development at Hwy.10 and 152nd St. in Surrey, B.C. was built by ICC. The development consists of two buildings, one single level retail building sited at the corner (5,600 sq.ft.) leased to TD Canada Trust, and a three level office building (30,000 sq.ft.), with high exposure retail on the ground level. Terrex and ICC are currently involved in the development of Panorama Place, a commercial office and retail development, of approx. 100,000 sq.ft., located at the SE corner of 152nd St. and Hwy 10, in Surrey, B.C. The completion date is Spring 2011. |
