ICC's founder and current President and CEO, Eldon, had originally worked for Ledcor in Edmonton; he was transfered by Ledcor in 1989 to open their new office in Vancouver. At a relatively young age he became a division manager and played an instrumental role in establishing Ledcor's presence on the West Coast.
Eldon left Ledcor in 1991 to start ICC Integrated Construction Concepts Ltd. His plan was to begin with tenant improvement work and slowly move forward into industrial, commercial, and retail-base building construction. By 1997 ICC was growing rapidly and a full-service office in Edmonton, AB, was opened to better serve the Alberta market place.
Today ICC has 65 employees workign on various construction sites from Vancouver Island to Fort McMurray.
With his organization supporting him, Eldon has initiated construction and re-construction projects in Haiti. The projects ICC is involved with in Haiti represent Eldon giving to those in need, in the way that truely connects with what he and ICC are best at - building.
Eldon is still very active in the construction operations of ICC, his passion will always be building.
