ICC - Our People

Eldon was born, raised and educated in Alberta. He has been in the construction industry since graduating from a civil engineering program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. He began his career as a project manager; with increased experience he took on more sophisticated construction management positions. Eldon left a leading construction firm to found ICC in 1991.

Byron was also born, raised and educated in Alberta. Over his professional career he became very familiar with the inner workings of the construction industry. Since 1979, Byron has either been directly involved in construction or real estate. He joined ICC in 1997 to take a leading role in opening an office in Edmonton, Alberta.

Jeffrey has been with ICC since 2006. He spends his time ensuring that there is a steady stream of projects coming online in BC and Alberta. You will see him networking at industry events, on the tradeshow floor, and on the hunt in search of construction opportunities. If you need construction services throughout Western Canada, Jeffrey is the individual you need to connect with first.

Dick, a P.Eng., has been an active participant in the Western Canadian construction marketplace since 1950.  He brings wisdom to each and every project that only comes with years of experience.  He has been a draftsperson, an engineer, a scheduler, a site superintendent, and he has even owned his own construction firm.

Wade has been in a project management role with ICC since 2007, he has successfully managed projects throughout Western Canada for both end-users and developers.  Wade brings to ICC a diploma in Construction Engineering as well as superior administrative skills.

Rod began his career in the construction business at the age of 13 leading clean-up crews on his father's sites; by the age of 20 he was a site superintendent; and not long after he was a project manager.  Rod undertook formal construction education at BCIT.  Rod's project management portfolio consists of projects with budgets in excess of $50 million.

Todd's attention to detail is an asset in his role at ICC.  He is a Trades Qualified Carpenter and a graduate of BCIT's Architectural Building Engineering Technology program.  Todd has as much experience swinging hammers as he does overseeing site operations.  Todd's specific interests are in green building technologies; he is undertaking his LEED AP designation.

Tracy has been in accounting roles within the construction industry for 25 years.  Her accessibility and ability to connect the details of each of ICC's projects means she is an effective manager of accounts payable and receivable. Tracy is responsible for all accounting functions within ICC's BC and Alberta offices.

Keely-Jo has been with ICC since 2005 in an office administration and project coordination role.  She brings to the organization a formal education in accounting, which has made her an asset in supporting ICC's accounting functions.  Keely-Jo is attentive to details and is an invaluable resource in supporting all of ICC's project managers.

Wonda is the newest member of ICC's team, heading up the receptionist duties. With over 10 years experience, she helps maintain the office working environment and will help connect your phone call to the right person in the office.

Grant has been with ICC for 20-years.  He is exceptionally detail orientated which makes him well suited for his specialization in tenant improvement, renovations, and other special construction projects.  Grant is also ICC's safety administrator and takes great pride in ensuring that ICC operates safely on all of its sites.

Dana grew up in Oklahoma, making his move to Canada in 1982. Beginning as a laborer in his teen years, he worked his way up in the industry; acquiring experience and knowledge in many areas of construction. His specialization in concrete work helps him provide leadership to ICC's sites.

Andy has 25-years of construction experience, with his roots being in masonry.  His first job in the construction industry was with his father's company in England; eventually he took over the business.  In 2000 Andy and his family moved to Canada where he began making a name for himself in Edmonton's construction industry.
